Sharjah 24: Mleiha Cultural and Sports Club (MCSC), opened its sports complex for school teachers who want to do sports within the framework of allocating every Saturday to teachers of the central region schools.

The sports day was in line with “Teacher’s Day”, which falls on October 5. The club is keen to encourage teachers to do sports especially during weekends.

Rashid Al Mahyan, Chairman of the Central Region Parents Council (CRPC) of the Sharjah Education Council, attended The sports day along with Mohammed Sultan Al Khasouni, Chairman of the MCSC, Abdullah Saeed Al-Ajeed Al-Ketbi, Board Member and Head of the Cultural and Community Service Committee of the MCSC And several board members and teachers.

The teachers spent the day participating in various activities and games supervised by coaches and administrators.

The activities included various games such as futsal, basketball, swimming, and several individual sports.

Al Khasouni stated that the club is keen to cooperate with the Parents Council with inviting teachers to enjoy doing sports in the club’s sports complex during their free time to show them the appreciation they deserve.
