Sharjah24: Dibba Al Hisn Council (DAHC), an affiliate of the Sharjah Districts and Villages Affairs Department (SDVAD), discussed its plans and programs during the coming period and its participation in the fifty events that Dibba Al-Hisn will witness as part of the activities of the United Arab Emirates during the coming period, stressing on its role to promote the cooperation with various government departments.

The meeting touched on the importance of this exceptional event, during which the country will witness its glorious 50 years achievements locally and internationally, underscoring the significance of the continuation of building the state and preparing citizens with various skills and sciences in line with the state's vision and policies.

This came during the periodic meeting held by the Dibba Al Hisn Council on Thursday morning at its headquarters in Dibba Al Hisn, headed by His Excellency Sulaiman Al Yahyai, Chairman of the Council, in the presence of council’s members and employees.

At the beginning of the meeting, His Excellency Al Yahyai stressed the importance of the ‘Year of the 50th’, during which the UAE will celebrate its remarkable journey over the last 50 years and begin preparing for the next 50, emphasising that this occasion translates the wise leadership’s achievements, accomplishing various progresses in various fields, enabling the country to be a role model for development success. 

He explained that Dibba Al Hisn City Council is keen to integrate its role to enhance all of its implemented activities.According to its agenda, the council discussed its most prominent participations in the upcoming fifty events in Dibba Al Hisn City, with its participation with various parties, in addition to offering programs that integrate with its societal role.

The meeting dealt with activating various community activities and enhancing them with a new form of activities that achieve the vision of the Council within the framework of its communication with families and community members. The Council also stressed on its partnership with all government agencies in the Dibba Al Hisn.
