Sharjah 24: As part of its cultural program for literary councils, the Department of Culture in the Eastern Region hosted a dialogue session on Monday at the Khor Fakkan Literary Council's headquarters.

Dr. Rashid Khamis Al-Naqbi, Chairman of the Khor Fakkan Municipal Council, was a guest of the session, according to Ahmed Saeed Al-Naqbi, official of the Khor Fakkan Literary Council.

Al Naqbi thanked His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, for directing the establishment of literary councils, which have become an ideal contributor and creative perspective to the Emirate of Sharjah's cultural, literary, and art sectors.
 

Mohammed Saleh Al Suwaiji, Director of the Eastern Region Management at the Sharjah Department of Culture (DC), and a number of officials and staff from local government departments attended the session, which was moderated by Maryam Alai.
