Sharjah 24: Lt. Colonel Abdulrahman Khater, Head of the Vehicles Licencing Department at Sharjah Police (SP), announced the launch of the Intelligent Training Platform for customers to complete transactions with ease.

Lt. Colonel Khater maintained that as part of the Ministry of Interior's strategy to enhance the happiness of customers with the services provided, SP represented by the Traffic and Licencing Services Centre, launched the Intelligent Training Platform to train customers on how to use the Ministry of Interior's smart application, and to complete their transactions with ease.

Lt. Colonel Khater added to “Sharjah 24”, that the platform aims to facilitate procedures, save customer time and ensure smart transformation in services, where the employee in charge teaches the customer how to use applications to complete their transactions at the maximum speed.

Concluding his statement, Lt. Col. Khater confirmed that SP seeks, through the platform, to ensure customers’ satisfaction and motivate them to use smart applications.
