Sharjah 24: Al Dhaid Wildlife Centre of the Sharjah Environment and Protected Areas Authority (EPAA) contributes to raising the environmental awareness of the community, by introducing the importance of preserving the environment and biodiversity to visitors, in addition to organising many educational events.

Sheikha Al Qaidi, the environmental educator at Al Dhaid Wildlife Centre, revealed that the centres concerned with preserving environmental diversity and wildlife, in the Emirate of Sharjah, introduce the life in the desert to visitors.

Speaking exclusively to "Sharjah 24", Al Qaidi pointed that the centre includes 8 halls, Al Badia, Al Dhaid, Desert Fantasy, Desert Animals, Birds, Herbs and Insects, noting that the centre conducts many educational activities and events.
