Sharjah 24: Khalfan Saeed Al Marri, Chairman of Al Khalidiya Council, received a delegation from Sharjah City Municipality, headed by its director general Obaid Saeed Al Tunaiji, and the Department of Planning and Survey, on Sunday morning.

The tripartite meeting was held to enhance cooperation in delivering various services to citizens living in Al Khalidiya Suburb within the framework of the Council’s initiatives.

Al Marri, accompanied by Al Tunaiji, made a field visit throughout the suburb to inspect a number of sites with issues such as abandoned housing, abandoned boats, suburban security problems, and other issues, aiming to discuss and find solutions to them. 

Al-Marri stressed that the promotion of joint work between all parties to serve the people of the suburbs is within the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
