Sharjah 24: The Eastern Region Police Department (ERPD) at Sharjah Police launched the ‘Mubasher’ service, which allows customers to communicate visually with the director or officials in ERPD, without the need to come to the department's headquarters.

Colonel Dr. Ali Al Kai Al Hamoudi, Director of the Eastern Region Police Department (ERPD), stated that this service comes to achieve the objectives of the Ministry of Interior in enhancing customer satisfaction with the services provided and in support of the objectives of the Sharjah Police in increasing the happiness of customers.

Colonel Al Hamoudi added that the service is within the framework of the preventive measures taken by Sharjah Police to protect employees and customers from the risk of infection with the emerging coronavirus, in line with preserving public health and safety.

He pointed out that the launch of the ‘Mubasher’ service comes to be a smart platform that allows new channels of communication between the customer and the administrator. The service can be obtained by calling the Customer Happiness Centre via the number 092370000.
