Sharjah 24: The General Command of Sharjah Police (SP), represented by the Central Region Police Department, launched the (Your Security is Our Goal) initiative to raise awareness about confronting and combating crime., enhancing security and safety, and following up on security in Sharjah's Central Region within the framework of the Ministry of Interior's and the General Command of Sharjah Police's strategy.

Colonel Humaid Al Jallaf, Head of Al Dhaid Comprehensive Police Station, explained that the initiative aims to improve regional security in collaboration with partners, as well as raise security awareness among owners of commercial and industrial stores and construction sites, and raise their awareness of the importance of taking precautions and following preventive instructions.
 
Colonel Al-Jallaf stated the initiative involves providing information in three languages (Arabic, English, and Urdu) and a detailed explanation of how to avoid facility or shop theft, as well as field security training and raising awareness through the administration's social media platforms.
 
He emphasized the importance of all segments of society cooperating with the Sharjah Police by reporting all negative phenomena in order to achieve a safe, crime-free society, by dialling 999 in emergency instances, or by using the Sharjah Police General Command application, Haris.
