Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Economic Development Department (SEDD) organised a dialogue session on the occasion of Emirati Women’s Day, which falls on August 28 every year, in cooperation with the Sharjah Business Women Council. The session presented the experiences of one of the successful entrepreneurship projects in the Emirate.

Hamda Ahmed Al Ali, Deputy Head of Marketing at the Sharjah Economic Development Department (SEDD), confirmed that the aim of the dialogue session is to promote entrepreneurial spirit and inspire the next generation of businesswomen by talking about the story of the launch of a project, the challenges faced, the experiences gained, and ways to sustain a project in the future.

She added to “Sharjah 24” that every year, SEDD celebrates Emirati Women's Day as a day that has a special status in the life of every Emirati woman because it translates the support of the wise leadership to women and their role in the sustainable development process in the country.
