Sharjah Police obtains ISO risk management

Sharjah 24: Sharjah Police has made a pioneering achievement by obtaining a certificate of conformity with the International Standard for Risk Management related to ISO (31000:2018) from Lloyd's Register, after passing all the due requirements.
This achievement comes with the aim of developing and implementing the best systems for effectively managing enterprise risks as a basic pillar in the governance system, and ensuring preparedness and readiness in the face of events, which will contribute to achieving leadership goals consistent with the strategic objectives of the Ministry of Interior.

Colonel Tariq Al Midfa, Director of Strategy and Performance Development at Sharjah Police, confirmed that obtaining the ISO (31000:2018) in risk management is a new feather added to the Sharjah Police's cap of achievements in accordance with an integrated work system, which came as a result of the commitment of all team members to the spirit of teamwork. He pointed out that this success is a step forward in the Sharjah Police’s march towards excellence and leadership.

Colonel Al Midfa revealed that, with this outstanding achievement, the total number of international standards certificates obtained by the Sharjah Police will be ten certificates.
