Sharjah 24: As part of its efforts to support sports media in Sharjah clubs and to follow up on the initiatives and plans drawn up, the Sharjah Sports Council (SSC)’s Media and Digital Transformation Committee met at the headquarters of the Sharjah Cultural Chess Club last Wednesday.

Eng. Adel Saleh, Board Member and Chairman of the Committee headed the meeting, with the presence of the committee members.

During the meeting, the committee discussed several axes, most notably the components of the sports identity, the ways of using its visual identity, and the mechanism for enhancing its connection with the sports audience and different groups of society, in a framework of trust, interaction and constructive and continuous communication.

The committee also discussed arrangements for implementing upcoming initiatives and programmes, such as the issuance of the sports magazine, a workshop for players appearing in front of the media, in addition to a mechanism for accelerating the pace of digital transformation in the interest of the clubs in the Emirate of Sharjah.
