Sharjah 24: Sharjah Sports Club (SSC) announced the renewal of the sponsorship contract with the Sharjah Airport Free Zone (SAIF Zone), the official sponsor of the first football team, with the University Hospital, the National Paints Factories Company (National), the sponsor of the football team, and with Zulal Company.
It was agreed to display the logo of the Sharjah Airport Free Zone (SAIF Zone) and the University Hospital on the players chest, in all local competitions in which the team will participate, namely the ADNOC Professional League, the Professional Cup, and the UAE President's Cup.

His Excellency Ibrahim Al Jarwan, Head of Investment and Commercial Development Department, Sharjah Club and a member of the Club’s board of directors, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the sponsoring companies, considering that they are partners in all the Club successes, hoping that the renewal of the partnership will be in the interest of all parties, encouraging institutions, companies and government and the private sector to follow their example to complement roles.

Al Jarwan praised the great efforts of the officials of SAIF Zone and the University Hospital.  He also expressed his thanks and gratitude to the National Paints Factories Company, Zulal Contracting Company and all partners despite the exceptional circumstances as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, which affected some businesses.

Al Jarwan confirmed that the support of the UAE leadership to manage the crisis contributed to reducing the impact on the commercial and sports sectors, which resulted in the return of 60% of fans.

The Head of Investment and Commercial Development Department valued the great support of the Club’s board of directors, in renewing the sponsorship contracts with partners, which confirms their keenness to maintain the Club stability.

He concluded that the football team became an important competitor for local championships, and provided a distinguished performance in the AFC Champions League.
