Sharjah24: His Excellency Sheikh Eng. Khalid bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Sharjah Prevention and Safety Authority (SPSA), stressed that the 'Aman' system has a major role in protecting lives and properties, encouraging for the installation of the system in the facilities and emphasising the Authority’s keenness to ensure the safety and security of the residents of the Emirate of Sharjah.

The Chairman of the Sharjah Prevention and Safety Authority urged community members and the public to take the initiative to register in the system through the Authority's website.

The SPSA has received 6,322 registration requests for the installation of a safety device from the beginning of the project, in order to enhance the safety rate for the population by monitoring fire alarm systems electronically to ensure the validity of the systems around the clock.

'Aman' system is an advanced fire detection system that can be installed in buildings, monitoring of fire alarms, boosting the capability of General Directorate of Civil Defence in Sharjah to immediately respond to fire incidents.
