Sharjah 24 – KUNA: Lebanon on Friday declared the listing of 1,019 new infection cases with the novel coronavirus raising the tally to 589,597.

The local health department said in a statement that five coronavirus patients died during the past 24 hours, putting the death toll at 8,004.

Number of the recoveries also rose to 544,324.
