Sharjah24: His Excellency Ali Musabah Al Tunaiji, Director of Al Dhaid Municipality (ADM), issued a decision regarding building permits for government projects, according to which those concerned with the engineering department must obtain a building permit. The notes on the missing plans or documents will be completed by the assigned consultant later.

Al Tunaiji said that the Municipality had paved the way for this matter and sought it since last year, but it had faced many obstacles and difficulties from the consultants.

Al Tunaiji added that after launching the services of the engineering department through the municipality's electronic portal, we were able to complete the transactions easily and without the presence of dealers of the municipality, and the online portal shows and clarifies all the documents and documents required to implement the transaction.

Al Tunaiji confirmed that the decision was issued in line with the initiatives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi - Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah to keep pace with the development projects packages that the region is experiencing day after day.
