Sharjah 24: “Sharjah 24”, in the second episode of the Traffic Awareness Programme "Defining moments, sheds light on the bad behaviours committed by motorists, such as jumping traffic lights, for which the offenders will be fined AED1000, given 12 black points, and 30 days of vehicle impoundment.

Every Sunday and Tuesday, Sharjah 24, in cooperation with Traffic and Patrols Department and Media and Public Relations Department at Sharjah Police, reviews the traffic and awareness programme “Defining Moments” aiming to raise traffic awareness among members of society, and to highlight the most prominent violations committed by motorists.

Sharjah Police asked all road users to abide by traffic laws and actively contribute to the success of the traffic awareness programmes to achieve the highest levels of road safety.
