Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD) honoured 15 different institutions that won the Real Estate Excellence Award, as part of its unceasing endeavour to support and stimulate the real estate sector in the emirate.

Abdul Aziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director General of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, confirmed that the real estate sector in the Emirate of Sharjah is recovering rapidly from the Corona pandemic, and has regained growth and prosperity thanks to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, and the follow-up of Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, Chairman of the Sharjah Executive Council, and their untiring support for the sector through the set of incentives, facilities and exemptions provided by the Government of Sharjah represented by its Executive Council, which contributed significantly to supporting the public and private sectors and institutions, as well as businesses and individuals sectors, and enabling them to overcome the repercussions of the Corona crisis in order to ensure the continuity of economic development in various sectors, by investing in the development of infrastructure in the emirate.

In an exclusive statement to “Sharjah 24”, Al Shamsi added that the Real Estate Excellence Award comes within a series of measures taken by the SRERD, which, in its entirety, aim to provide the appropriate conditions to continue the development process, raise the level of competition among companies and institutions operating in this vital sector, eliminate and reduce real estate violations, and encourage the different groups working in the real estate sector to do more to excel in their work, and to continuously communicate and cooperate with the Department, and to be updated about its latest, in order to achieve progress and prosperity in the emorate’s real estate sector in implementation of the vision of the wise leadership.
