Sharjah 24: Al Qasimia University offers 990 training hours as part of the "In a Clear Arabic Tongue" initiative to qualify 200 students from 40 countries to master communication skills in the Arabic language and to engage in specialised studies at the university.

The initiative introduced a number of interactive lectures, which have benefited so far more than 200 students from non-Arab students nominated to study at the university's faculties.

The initiative has vastly succeeded in e-learning with the support of the College of Communication at the University, and the implementation of the language centre at AQU, through highlighting its role in teaching the Arabic Language to non-Arab students.

In this regard, the students of the College of Communication produced visual materials and documentary films as part of a media campaign that highlighted the steps for the success of the “In a clear Arabic Tongue” to highlight the efforts of the Language Centre in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers, to attract the attention of international students to this initiative and to invite them to join the centre’s rehabilitation programmes.
