Sharjah 24 – Reuters: President Joe Biden said he agrees with the assessment that his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin is a "killer."

In an interview with ABC News broadcast on Wednesday, Biden said Putin will "pay a price" for allegedly trying to undermine Biden's candidacy in the US 2020 election.

Asked if he thought Putin is "a killer," Biden said, "I do.
