Sharjah 24: Sheikha Nawar Al Qasimi, Director of the Sharjah Art Foundation (SAF), announced that its Spring 2021 programmes will start Friday, with exhibitions highlighting influential artistic experiences in the region and the world.
She explained that SAF's Spring 2021 programme includes two exhibitions, the first by artist Rayyane Tabet “Exquisite Corpse”, and it is the largest solo exhibition for the artist in the Middle East, during which he talks about family legacy, history and the relationship between different continents.

Sheikha Nawar Al Qasimi added that the programme includes an exhibition “Unsettled Objects”,  which features the works of more than 30 contemporary artworks including notable new acquisitions from the Sharjah Art Foundation collection, noting that this is the first time the Foundation’s acquisitions are displayed.

She explained that the "March 2021 Meeting" programme, which will be organised from 21 to 23 March 2021,  will include seminars and discussions on art focusing on the 30 years of the Sharjah Biennial, to which we invite former curators of the Biennial, as well as artists, art museum directors and specialists.
