Sharjah 24: A group of top officials from Sharjah’s government departments and institution appreciated the wonderful organisation and the distinguished activities within the fifth edition of the International Photography Festival (Xposure 2021).

His Excellency Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, congratulated Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi, Chairman of Sharjah Media Council (SMC), and Sharjah Government Media Bureau (SGMB), for the wonderful organisation of the festival's activities.

The Sharjah Police Commander-in-Chief affirmed that all precautionary and preventive measures have been taken to preserve the safety of all attendees at the festival, in wonderful cooperation between all sides.

His Excellency Dr. Khaled Omar Al Midfa, Chairman of Sharjah Media City (Shams), praised the distinguished activities within the fifth edition of the International Photography Festival, stressing that it is an important event in which creativity meets, and noting the importance of supporting the creative youth of UAE to develop their skills.

His Excellency Brigadier General Dr. Mohammed Khamis Al Othmani, Director General of Police Science Academy, confirmed that Xposure 2021 expresses the cultures, values and ideas of peoples, and carries new ideas through expressive images.

Sheikh Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Mualla, Chairman of Sharjah Cultural Chess Club, pointed out pride in the Emirate of Sharjah for hosting the International Photography Festival, in a distinctive way, despite the repercussions of the global pandemic, with the presence of many famous photographers from around the world, which constitutes a national gain.
