Sharjah24: Mohammed Al Qaseer, Cultural Affairs Director at the Department of Culture in Sharjah inaugurated, on Monday noon, a calligraphy exhibition at the Arab Cultural Club, by the calligrapher Khalifa Al-Shaimi, in the presence of Ali Al-Mughni, Vice Chairman of the Club’s Board of Directors, and Ibrahim Saeed bin Butti, Director of the Club.

During a tour of the exhibition, Al-Shaimi briefed the presence on the paintings, lauding the support that the artists receive in the emirate of Sharjah, in implementation of the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah.

The exhibition included 20 paintings of various sizes, contributing in promoting the cultural and artistic creativity . The Cultural Affairs Director at the Department of Culture in Sharjah has also reviewed an exhibition for a Chinese artist.
