Sharjah24: Sharjah Municipality announced that the paid parking zones in the emirate of Sharjah will be free of charge on Martyrs' Day and the UAE’s 49th National Day, on 1st of December until 3rd of December in which work will resume on 5th of December, with the exception of the areas subjected to fees, on all weekdays and public holidays.

Commenting on that, Ali Ahmed, Director of the Public Parking Department of Sharjah Municipality, affirmed that SM is keen on providing public parking for residents and citizens, especially at tourist and vital areas, affirming that SM will continue to inspect the parking lots to ensure the public's commitment and register violations.
