Sharjah 24: Rafid Automotive Solutions, a joint venture between Sharjah Asset Management– the investment arm of the Government of Sharjah– and OWS Auto, announced today the cancellation of additional fees for its "AutoXpress Mobile Workshop" service, a mobile workshop specializing in car repair and maintenance delivered to the highest quality of standards.
His Excellency Salim Saeed Al Midfa, CEO of Rafid Automotive Solutions, said that the removal of the additional fees for AutoXpress Mobile Workshop is part of the company’s corporate social responsibility strategy to support its customers in the current conditions that are being faced globally. He also added that Rafid hopes the initiative will encourage its customers to continue with all maintenance services needed for their vehicles and not be discouraged from carrying out necessary services due to additional financial charges.

Al Midfa continued: "It is imperative that we manage our social responsibility appropriately and make all efforts to ensure the safety of our customers at all times. Providing our mobile services with no additional charges highlights our dedication to our valued customers, whilst encouraging them to remain safe and enjoy the benefits of availing our services from the comfort of their own home.”

Some of the services that AutoXpress Mobile Workshop customers can benefit from include maintenance and replacement of front and rear lights, A/C treatment, car washing and polishing, oil and oil filter changes, offered at competitive market prices, and sterilization of vehicles to disinfect the car and reduce transmission of COVID-19. All Rafid employees are following strict precautionary measures such as leaving a sufficient safety distance between them and the customer when arriving at homes, and sterilizing tools regularly, in order to guarantee the safety of customers and service providers alike.
